Ruben Gallego Owner

Ruben founded Silverline Construction in 1999 and has been at the helm ever since. With 30 years of hard experience in the construction industry, Ruben leads his teams by example. In the office or on the job site, Ruben is the driving force that gets the job done. When he’s not in the field, he is meeting with clients and potential clients, providing estimates, preparing detailed proposals, consulting, managing our complex projects and assuring schedules are being met.

Ignacio Nava Lead Foreman

Ignacio Nava has over 20 years of experience on construction sites, Ignacio has been a crucial member of our staff for 18 years. As Lead Foreman, Ignacio manages our crews, ensuring that jobs are completed smoothly, on time and under budget.

Olivia Pickering Administrative Manager

The office runs like a well-oiled machine. Due to Olivia’s office experience with contracts, insurance, human resources and bookkeeping, there’s little Olivia can’t do.

Nimai Hemphill Senior Project Manager

Nimai has over 26 years experience in the industry. In the five years Nimai has been with us, there’s nobody better at overseeing our residential and commercial jobs. From estimating to certificate of occupancy, providing a high level of dependability and trustworthiness, Nimai uses his communication, organization and conflict resolution skills to get his project done on time and within budget.

TONY KALISKIS Senior Project Manager

As a seasoned licensed general contractor and cabinet maker by trade, Tony applies his attention to detail and experience gathered over 40 years in the business to every aspect of the job. Tony’s extensive understanding of the means and methods of each trade makes him exceptionally qualified both at the plan table and in the field. His calm leadership skills help keep all teams on track and moving forward.

Whether it’s coordinating materials and labor or maintaining Silverline’s fleet and equipment, Josh employs his mechanical skills and knowledge of local vendors to make sure our jobs have everything they need to run smoothly without delay.
